Description
| General description | Corning has transformed the old culture vessel for maximum productivity and ease of use. Improvements and special features include: • Pyrex glass flask and other parts constructed of FDA-approved materials • baffles break up laminar flow and improve circulation • unique paddle design eliminates dead spots, agitates surface for better aeration • wide center neck forms visible airtight seal • two angled sidearms offer easy access without interrupting culture • excellent growth of cells in suspension as well as anchorage-dependent cells growing on microcarrier beads.
